  • Hey Everyone,
    I'm so excited about this workout, because it's the best of both worlds. We are toning those arm and sculpting the legs at the same time. The quick workout is only 8 minutes and all you need is a set of 2LB weights. Feel free to modify and drop the lower body moves if that works best for you!

    Amazing what you can do in 10 minutes and do killer arm workouts that you feel. Keep it coming. Love how you incorporated some of the core by lifting our legs would love to see more of that

      Honestly diet is everything. I try to do a 100 sit-ups a night but don’t be too hard on yourself. Remember women naturally store fat around their stomach (procreation purposes) whether we want it or not . I know when I want to lose weight I up my cardio and sit ups :)
