I'm so excited about this workout, because it's the best of both worlds. We are toning those arm and sculpting the legs at the same time. The quick workout is only 8 minutes and all you need is a set of 2LB weights. Feel free to modify and drop the lower body moves if that works best for you! - Zábava

Do you have any advice for getting rid of stubborn belly fat?
Honestly diet is everything. I try to do a 100 sit-ups a night but don’t be too hard on yourself. Remember women naturally store fat around their stomach (procreation purposes) whether we want it or not . I know when I want to lose weight I up my cardio and sit ups :)
Omg much tougher today my little 2lb weights felt like 5 and keeping those arms high😫No pain no gain👍😊😊
