Hey Moko, since I went to Nagaland last year, really it was the most beautiful and peaceful place I have ever been. Being as a music enthusiast I found your music is quite dope since last year. I remembered the times my paternal Lt. Grandma told us stories about the war before she was diagnosed with dementia and also the stories retold by my Mother by her Lt.Mother.
Most Nagas (particularly the Angamis and part of Chakhesang) were forced to work in many ways.
My maternal Grandfather and his friend were one of the few educated Nagas back in those days and were said to have written letters for notices and Higher officials.
One day the Japanese soldiers told them to leave and they thought when they turn around, they would be shot from behind. But instead they were said to have gifted a souvenir each
But the souvenir was said to be lost. Seized and never returned back.
