Welcome back. Very uplifting and inspirational. To live is to suffer, to survive is to find some meaning in the suffering. Your "dark night" has indeed made you more beautiful, and we are lucky to have you back.

Fantastic recap. Thanks for sharing your journey and all that you do for the CIRS community.

So grateful to see your video! I really cherish your content and podcasts because I have CIRS, was training for figure competition at one time, struggled with countless debilitating health problems until my CIRS discovery. So thank you for sharing your message! It is of great value to me and others dealing with this condition and there is so little information about it. My story is parallel to yours and I am also getting a second change with brain training and managing exposures as best as possible. But it's like never really over 😂 so hearing the experience and stories of others helps me get through each week. Thank you for returning Jacie, let's keep doing this, learning, growing, as best we can. Sending much love and blessings your way! 💗

Mia! I cannot tell you how much this comment meant to me! CIRS made me really self conscious and question if my story is worthy of being shared. I am so glad you are on this healing journey with me ❤️

Life is an N of 1 experiment. I wish you luck in your future life experiences. I personally eat carnivore and try to avoid all chemicals on my skin and in my lungs. Your skin is your largest organ and is not a total barrier.

I am very happy to see you back. Your story and lifestyle resonates with me a lot.
I am doing carnivore since 5 years and I also struggle a lot if I don't eat some fruits.
I hope you keep sharing your content. All the best to you!

You should consider doing the Primal Trust memebership HUGEEEE game changer for me to start healing my mold illness even with the shoemaker protocol! ❤
