I prefer quality of information. If you can do both, great. If it's either one or the other, I'll go for the quality information anytime. But I've also experienced that people in general tend to not pay as much attention, are less able to ingest information and think critically. They prefer entertainment often over education.
I really appreciate your analysis of the different communities. I’m interested the witches and pagans amino tea. I poked around but I was too old and didn’t get it. I remember I found someone’s post on Frau Holle there in my early research, and they shared the cutest story from the author of leaving sugar on the windowsill to get a brother from Frau Holle, but she got a sister and her grandpa said “well you need to leave out sugar CUBES for a boy” 😅
As to the aesthetics: I personally like a more natural look because in my opinion it gives a more authentic feel to the videos and the creator. There can be little flaws as well. It makes everything more likeable. But this might be a minority opinion in the youtube world ...
