I loved Kim, she was such a nice person on and off the court. She was an amazing player, spectacular. Her forehand and backhand were impressive. Let's not forget the incredible athlete she was (splits). She's had a great career with 4 majors. Well done to this legend, she can be really proud of herself.

Watching the former World No. 1 (in *Singles* & in *Doubles*) and the winner of *4* Grand Slam singles titles Kim Clijsters always makes me happy because not only does she play absolutely well but her charming personality always endears me. Millions of people know her amazingness on court (she can split on *all* court surfaces! and for me, at least, the cleanest ball striker to have ever walked on earth!). Love love love Kim Clijsters. ❤
In 90's WTA had the toughest era of claycourt players - Graf, Seles, ASV, Conchita Martinez, Pierce & Hingis.

Sadly that when Justine got that horrible arm injury . when I was watching it live on TV at Wimbledon there match against each other. Missed rest on season after that I think returning won Australia open . I think she soon retired after that

On a vacation in New Zealand long ago I met a girl (I forgot her name) in Napier, whose father owned a tennis-court where Ms. Clijsters used to train. The girl told me Ms. Clijsters was the greatest famous & sweet personalities she ever met.
What a player also a favorite of mine (besides Henin, Capriati and Schnyder)! Kim Clijsters should have won more grand slams!

La historia de Clijsters es desgarradora. La imposicion de roles en la sociedad y el machismo, destruyeron la carrera exitosa de esa mujer. Ansiosa de ser ama de casa y una pareja ansioso de embarazarla sin importarle que destruiria la exitosa carrera de ella, dieron al traste con su trayectoria. En el fondo yo creo que ella no se perdono haber cometido esos errores, pues intento con intensidad regresar a las canchas, sin ningun exito. El sobrepeso acabo con todo su talento. Maldita sociedad que convierte a una talentosisima mujer en una vulgar ama de casa.
Iga Swateik would have defeated Kim Clijsters easily on clay court.
Peak Clijsters? Doubtful. She can hit just as hard as Swiatek, and power players give Iga more trouble because of her forehand grip. That forehand is the reason she'll never win Wimbledon.
