So if you do say, 100 push ups, 100 sit ups, 100 squats, and a 10 km run (EVERY. SINGLE. DAY.), you'll work yourself until your hair falls out? 🙂
😂 Not quite the science we were trying to get across. Thanks for watching and commenting 👍
and i 'instantly' get the ref lol
Remember no air conditioner too
@theoddplebs and they say chivliraly is dead
I'd rather run 6.2 miles instead.
The rate of baldness in show business is far greater than it looks.
60% just get hair transplants.

1:18 age 20, he is slightly balding and maybe that is the reason they rejected him at artschool
There are two approved treatments for male pattern baldness: Minoxidil and finasteride. Minoxidil has mixed results with about 1 in 2 seeing results. Finasteride has a much higher effectiveness, up to 90% see improvements within a year - however finasteride can have serious side effest so it is advised to use a topical finasteride solution.
I do not like the idea of drugs with side effects. I keep wondering if transplants or plugs work permanently.
@@troy3456789you still have to take drugs so your body won't kill someone else's organ in you.
@@troy3456789 minoxidil has almost no side effects and Finasteride when applied topical is also less side effects sensible.
@@troy3456789 from what i have read you need to wait until it all falls out or do it bit by bit (probably more expensive) with transplants
@@troy3456789unfortunately they are temporary unless you are willing to use either of these medications for life and are willing to accept side effects after doing a hair transplant. Also before doing a hair transplant it is also important to check the scalp in the worst case scenario that it has skin cancer.
All that and he never revealed the true cause. Hormones are a contributing factor. However, in many cases It's the immune system attacking the follicles. You can regrow new follicles with microneedling to restore your hair line. But if you're genetically predisposed to baldness you'll have to continue to do microneedling every year or so.
Testosterone doesn't cause baldness. A byproduct of testosterone changed by 5 alpha-reductase does. Which is the same as saying "it's not sugar that gives energy, it's the atp we produce from sugar to give us energy". A little cope and a little seethe
You missed the point entirely. The fact that DHT causes baldness means that the difference between bald and hairy men is not necessarily a lack of Testosterone but a lack of 5 alpha reductase.
@@Omar26011 dude 5 alpha reductase transform testosterone in dht. At most it's too much of it, that's why you keep medicine preventing it to transform testosterone in dht. You know, inhibitors. But if that enzime overacts in transforming testosterone in dht it's because it has a lot of testosterone to work with around
@@Omar26011 thus you actually want be lacking 5 alpha reductase if you are going bald to reduce dht production but that lacking and thus increase in testosterone instead of dht is going to be associated to erectile disfunction, infertility, gynecomastia, prostate cancer and all the other known side effect.
Nah, point is that T/DHT levels alone don't determine who goes bald and who doesn't. Current science shows it's about how your follicles respond - - some guys have more sensitive follicles, some less sensitive -- and it's genetic.
@@accidentinstrument just as the quantity of sugar you eat doesn't determinate as much energy you will produce. Still without sugar you have no reaction that gives you energy and without testosterone you have no reaction that gives you baldness.
When I was 15 I had the hairline of a 70 year old. I still have no understanding why. I guess I never will

In the studies you mentioned, there appeared to be no control groups. I have trained in a hardcore gym in which many individuals used testosterone( and its derivatives), HGH, and thyroid hormone. In some individuals, even though they trained intensely with weights like others, there was little muscle growth. From my studies, given all other factors being equal, it appears the lowering of the pH of the muscle may be the major factor that makes a muscle more receptive to these hormones by causing a change in the configuration of the muscle cell hormone receptor. Fast Twitch muscle cells(FT) fatigue more quickly than Slow Twitch(ST) because of the difference in oxygen capacity. Hence the FT cells produce faster and higher amounts of Lactic Acid and Carbonic Acid than ST cells. Injuring/damaging the muscle cell seems to affect muscle growth only slightly. Look at the physique of world class sprinters and world class triathletes.Which group would do more damage to the muscle cells? Which group is physically more muscular. Which group fatigues more quickly?
You have to realize T =/= DHT. It seems DHT is primarily responsible for hair loss not T but it DHT only effects those with the genetics to bald.
I heard this statement and naturally assume taking bucket loads of Estrogen would prevent it
Everyone keeps confusing me for big foot pls help
As soon as started TRT - my hair fell out.
What is TRT?
@@ayadhussin6771testosterone replacement therapy
It's really the genetics. DHT merely acted as the fuel to start the balding.
Brother answered my unquestioned question
Glad to resolved that 😂 Thanks for watching and commenting!
This man makes me ask questions that I would have never asked otherwise and then answers them. I’m all here for that ngl
Women can also experience androgenic hair loss. Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome is a condition that causes increased levels of androgens, such as testosterone, which often leads to male-pattern baldness and facial hair growth, among other symptoms. It's usually treated with anti-androgenic drugs such as spironolactone,
but this isn't always completely effective on its own. Many of these women still have to shave the same way men do and use lower strength minoxidil to treat the hair loss.
In german it is said: „if you start to become clever, the hair will disapear…“ 😂
😂
Some people who had plenty of hair lost their hair after doing a lot of weight training and eating red meat, which causes excessive testosterone and DHT levels
I couldn’t watch the whole video but had to add my own opinion so I was a bodybuilder for years. I took test one time for roughly 4 months and then that four months my receding hairline was turbocharged. It was noticeable weekly how quick I was losing hair. I got off the test and it stopped and went back to normal.
I have slightly above average testosterone, but I have a full head of massive, thick hair at 36 that makes women ask me about my hair routine (shampoo only once a week, but warm water every day)
how do you know your T levels are high?
@dream-zf1th you can have your body checked by a doctor, and they can test for all sorts of things and give you results
I'm 56yrs old 6'5" 280lbs hit the gym 2.5hrs a day 5 days a week since since I was in my early teens. Testosterone has nothing to do with it I started going bald right out of college at 22yrs old. By the time I was 24 I was shaving my head. I was a 6'5" 240lbs just out of my teens with a head full of hair and almost over night it was gone. I'd looked into hair transplants and all the hair loss clinics bbut 5 grand or more it wasn't worth it.
At first I was a bit sensitive about my hair loss, but it took a handful of women I knew telling me I looked better bald than when I had hair. That restored my conference and I've been shaving my head now for over 32yrs. When your head gives you lemons make lemonade, lol.
I love it, my wife loves it our kids have never seen me with a head of hair other than in pictures. So it's no big deal, just insecure vanity. Just a few words of advice. If you do go bald at least grow a beard, goatee or something. Trust me that baby smooth face isn't a good look when you're bald.
Testosterone absolutely has something to do with it. And nothing you said proves otherwise.
What about vin diesel since you said at least grow a beard
That was really interesting. Love the video. You can also look at someone like Sylvester Stallone as an example of a person with, likely, lots of testosterone as a kid and a full head of hair. Quick, someone look at his finger length! For science!
🤔I shall scour the internet for a photo of them! 😂
Of course there is a website dedicated to this sort of stuff and Sylvester Stallone’s hands are featured! Looks like he has a very low 2D:4D digit ratio 🤔

@@DebunkedOfficial lol of course there is! 🤣 Thank you for doing the research and finding this site. I'm going to look at it right now.
Testosterone and certain testosterone derivatives increase the rate of hair loss. They also increase the rate of body hair growth. Ask any professional bodybuilder.
Female bodybuilders using steroids develop body hair, balness, loss of breast tissue....
My 2d-4d ratio is .92. I'm farther from the average man is from the average woman. I have an exceptionally deep voice, and have had it since I was 15, when I also reached my final height of 6'5" (198cm), and I have very large testicles, and absurdly dense bones. I have a LOT of body hair, but it's blonde and is hard to see unless it's wet. I have thick facial hair except for a gap of roughly an inch where most men's sideburns connect their facial hair and scalp hair. I am 40 and have no hair loss whatsoever. My hairs on my head are small and fine, but densely packed and numerous.
I have an uncle who was chrome dome bald at 25, and he's inarguably the son of his father, yet no other relative within his uncles, 3 other brothers, his father, or any of my cousins were/are bald.

Please help me to retain my hairs... I don't want to be a bold bald beast. 🥺
If you talk to your dr. about it, they can probably give you finasteride, tho it can cause erectile dysfunction at times and only works long term. Worth a shot tho, if it means much to you
@@EviIUwU I've already tried. But I'm allergic to it. 😔
@@PaperBoat. Damn, I guess you could still try to talk to your doctor, or if you're really attached, go get a hair transplant, they are cheaper now days. Don't get pulled into experimental and dangerous medicine tho, it will have nasty side effects (HRT and the like, if you don't want to go all the way). If all else fails, you will have to accept it, unfortunately.
@@EviIUwU maybe transplant is the only possible way for me. But accepting baldness? NOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooo way. 😱
@@PaperBoat. well, talk to your doctor about it. Maybe you'll also change your mind with time, you're probably just young and scared of ageing, might accept it later on. Whatever the case, don't follow charlatans out of desperation

my ring finger is bigger than middle finger
tell me a fun fact debunked il like it!
Hair conditioner changes the charge of your hair - Dry, damaged hair can be static because it has a negative charge. Conditioning ingredients have a positive charge, so they cling to hair and make it less static. Because a positive charge repels another positive charge, hairs are less likely to knot together. 🧠
You are fun to talk with. Eh?
