What type of magnesium?

Well they were talking also,about epsom salt and getting magnesium that way. So it must be magnesium sulfate.
I've been taking your magnesium unfortunately I'm still getting severe leg pains my legs and knees hurt just a deep ache in my legs at all times could that be stress in my life is causing me to deplete my magnesium and therefore taking more than 600 mg is just not enough
I’m taking Magnesium Citrate
