  • Scotland is known for the provenance of its produce and its diverse natural larder, but there’s much more to the country’s food culture.
    On the west coast of Scotland, Pamela Brunton, heads up the kitchen at Inver, where a respect for the land defines the plates served at the restaurant. On the shores of the stunning Loch Fyne, Pam and her partner Rob conjure up kitchen delights inspired by the bracing waters of the loch, the rugged landscape and horticulture. Pam tells us how Scotland’s produce and relationship with food is inherent to the environment around them.
