You get props just for expanding your horizons and thinking outside the box 👍🏾
my man🤝
Both FL and the MPC are dope. Millions of records were made with lesser equipment in the past. Its all about talent and work.
I totally agree
Absolutely agree!
I love the way MP C enhances the sounds , I had sound packs that I thought were low quality but on the mpc they slap !!!
Facts the mpc turns it all the way up
I never used Fl Studio but I have noticed that users tranfer pretty quick to the MPC work flow.
Once you start using them together is crazy! I couldn’t fully go to mpc cause I feel like it make the 808s sound funny but I gotta dive more into it
I tried it bro just gotta get use to it
Love this combo I’ve been on fl for 10yrs and i always wanted to buy an MPC. Now i have the X and the Live 2
Welcome to the Akai family much respect its a wonder full feeling I have the LIVE MK2 and today we just got the MPC Stems plugin and that is game changer for us
Same thing happened to me just outside of my return window, figured out how to hook up the Keystep 37. Power house combination, loving it!
ahhh yes aturia!
banging out some drums on 16 pads or a sample on 16 levels , at its core is so Hiphop. you may have more limitations but you wont have regrets!!
Thanks for the video.
Thanks for the support 🫡 more coming
Thanks for this vid. As someone who was looking into purchasing their first mpc product, I too had the choice of buying the mpc key 37 but actually chose to have the Mpc one plus and mini key plus separate bc I just always wanted the classic look of the mpc and also the mpc key 37 looks a little bulky and would rather have the mini plus for when I just want to work with fl studio.
Dope!
The Mpc one is so awesome. If you play keys, just plug in a usb keyboard
I think you’ll start to want to use the MPC as your main “brain” once you start getting into the nitty gritty. There’s a real cool workflow to be had with the MPC vst and FL + Edison. You could probably get a setup similar to Elektron Overbridge
I agree, once you get the hang of it, it's lit🔥 & yeah I forgot to mention you can use it with FL. But you'll need an iLok
How do I install into fl studio it keeps giving me “MPC already running “ even when I close out the MPC DAW
I’ve had an Fl studio license since 2000 at version 2.7!
And in 2001 I bought a used mpc 2000 for $750. Adjusted for inflation that’s around $1,300 in today’s dollars!
So $700 for a mpc one brand new is a steal.
Yeah that’s definitely a steal
I like the way it works. I've been unable to work my MPC Renaissance, once it powered up the main screen workspace doesn't appear. I prefer standalone moving forward. Akai dropped the ball, it should be standalone with an option to connect to desktop or laptop 💻.
Yeah, they basically sold you a controller. Buncha scam artists
Oh man that’s unfortunate. Maybe you can sell it and buy this one
You picked the Renaissance, it didn’t pick you.
i am geting one in the future and i know i am going to do most of my product on it
Absolutely!
If you wante emulate soft clipper put mpc 3000 on the master and lower the master fadder by 0.3 to 0.7
15:30 The bass does go lower, if the octave buttons don't work, use the bank buttons. I believe bank A is the lowest octave , and bank H is the highest. It will take some time learning the MPC platform. Example, you can play your bass in the octive your in, then go to piano roll, select all the notes, then move them 12 notes at a time to lower or raise the octave. this is a good way to listen if your in key with your samples or other melodies to.
Yoooo I really forgot about the banks!! Thanks a lot 🤝
@@AlanTcreative it's all good, Each One, Teach One
PRO TIP lol for using the MPC......... NO QUANTIZE
If you can't catch a good timing with it completely off.
Set the quantize strength to 64 Triplet
Dope video though
Good morning nephew, you couldn't return it, for the other one?
nope i didn't buy it it was a gift
FL nice, But imo cant compare to mpc hands down
4:21 double click undo or shift undo will redo!
to my ears everytthing sounds better in the mpc live hi hats sound more crispy than in a computer
Word! That 16 level option makes it super loud
@@AlanTcreativei dont understand what you mean ?
Becaause of the low filter 2 pole in the program edit (filter envelop). Low 4 , 6 ,8 sound more crispy
You can use MPC 37 Key with Fl Studios
Yup the mpc plugin , but it’s not for me
Hello, When you record your drum do you use the quantize ?
Yeah & use different time metrics
ok, thank you bro @@AlanTcreative
I use an MPC One AND FL. Holla at me fam
I use mpc live 2 and have FL but don’t use probably like once every 5 months 😶🌫️
Use what works best for you.
The quote of life
Mpc makes fl sound flat 😂
