I feel you. Lately, I've been not leaving my house for days on the time and reading for long stints. I have bipolar 1, and am disabled and sometimes feel it unnecessary to leave the house.
I think i need to start training again for the half marathon and get out of the house to at least get some exercise to feel like I'm doing something.
But i feel this inherently.

We just have to be kind to ourselves! ♥️ getting outside to train for the marathon does sound like a great way to start! I try to take little walks sometimes myself!

Good luck with your wisdom teeth surgery! My daughter had hers out a couple years ago and she wanted to go to Walmart and drive the electric chairs around. 😂

I don’t know if i should be scared or excited about it 😂😂 going for a ride in those chairs does make me excited though 😂
