As an F2P owner, I'd say you're doubling the price for almost no gain.
@@scrampker Did you use the Falcon2 tent for smoke and also the fact it has no camera? That Smoke retention tent is so big it takes so much space and I wish I had this one
@@Fancylooks the camera is worthless. It is almost impossible to align properly due to how fisheyed it is. I've gone through the calibration process a dozen times. What people don't realize is that the camera has nothing to do with the F2P. It's not really a part of it. It's JUST a random low-quality web cam stuck to the roof of the enclosure and even requires its own USB cable to your PC. An afterthought at best. When I was watching the propaganda, I really thought that for $1200 I was getting a prosumer setup, but nope.
You can buy a better grade camera that deals with low light and slap it on any laser cutter. It's just interfacing with light burn. This was a real bummer to learn when I built up my F2P, for me personally.
Sorry, I was wrong on the price. $2,144 with tax and shipping. Much much more than the Kickstarter for the Carvera Air, which at least can laser engrave non-flat objects.
@@scrampker Thank you for letting me know about your experience. I have the normal Falcon 2 40W and I am very pleased, but the two problems I have are the lack of camera an specially how bulky the cover is, those two problems I thought were solved by this Pro version. It is good to know your opinion.

This video should be updated, since it is misleading. The combo does not come with the chuck-style rotary tool. It comes with the inferior roller version, which tends to slip and overall is very difficult to use.
Further update -- despite Creality's own support team not knowing this, you CAN bypass the tray-removal protection mechanism. This requires pushing two buttons on the inside of the unit, under the outer lip. This is an all-or-nothing type thing. It turns off all safety measures -- not just the drawer. Horrible design, and terrible service, along with misleading product listings and promo videos.
Can the Falcon 2 be run using a Raspberry Pi like I do with the Enders?
How can I find the file for the shelf? I would like to laser cut this with my Falcon2 Pro. I think it's great.
