- In this video we will show you how to assemble the front suspension of a 2000 model HM Ambassador 2000DSZ (Isuzu diesel). We talk about the brands of bush kits available in the market and the location where each bush needs to be fixed in the suspension parts of the Ambassador. The same video will be helpful for HM Landmaster, Morris Oxford Series 2 and 3 and all the models of the HM Ambassador. With the right tools, patience and a bit of hard work almost anybody can rebuild the suspension of Ambassador like new.

Here we are sharing the purchase links for shims which can be used for alignment correction after suspension rebuild. It is always better to use prefabricated shims for alignment rather than using shims cut from scrap metal sheets. We found that Mahindra Bolero/Scorpio/Thar Alignment shims can be used for Ambassador as well.

How is the alignment
Alignment was done at a nearby tyre shop. We plan to do a video on alignment using string method but that will need some special tools as well.
How to get the workshop manual of vehicles? I have searched for many in Google but couldn’t find.
You won't find a workshop manual for the Ambassador online. Only owners manuals. Which vehicle workshop manuals are you searching for?
