There are various types of fast learners, specifically he is a practical fast learner (i dont know the official name) wich means that he notices his mistakes and corrects them quickly while doind something. I am a fast learner too, but more of theory learning and applying that theory to the real world. Mike gets beter fast by practicing, i get better fast by researching and applying the techniques i learned in the research
