And 2 apples which has green light are American Washington apples . And the red light one in Indian kashmir (baramarla). American apples goes to the process of waxing , polishing and grading. U can tell which apple is bad after looking under the tail. Along with most fruits and vegetables.

Any local fruit retailer won’t invest for this machine because they can’t afford to spend 50k for it
Wholesalers and exporters deal in massive quantities and they won’t waste their time checking each and every food for it’s quality, and if they hire labour for that, again the costs of labour will be too high
Farmers won’t find a use of this device as there is a lot of time(around a week) between harvesting the fruit and the customer buying it, and this much time is enough for having massive changes in the fruit and it’s quality

They must have made a product that can perform this check enmasse…That is - The product/machine should be able to take in 100 Kg of a fruit and then be able to identify the group that will ripen in another day, ripen in another week…and also identify the ones that have already started to rot…Something like that would be useful.
But the current product works with only one fruit at a time. If I am a fruit seller with say 50 Kg of fruits, half my day will be gone in checking the quality of each fruit with this product.
Sir sampling is done on batch level...you lack basics of mass production that's why this comment
