What I feel for this guy is ,he comes from very Humble background where he did not any good exposure. Even though he has done his master from Germany he didn't get good mindset to analyse the exposure he got, but this person got the balls. aman is wrong. Piyush is absolutely right and giving him chance to grow. Sid has to solve the problem and has to sit back and enjoy 25% of the equity lifetime and can focus on other inventions. Suppose, Piyush give him a problem with an investment of 25lakhs and Sid is able to create an invention for him and Piyush used sales, marketing, and operations for the production & distribution. then SID will be very rich, without running the company. True, Piyush will be more richer but he has to do all the work except the solution.

Everybody in the Pannell should learn from Piyush Banshal as to how a new entrepreneur should be dealt.
He is actually qualified and presentable in the show as a Shark.
I agree....but at the same time, the other sharks are also good in their own ways (including Ashneer). If he is really interested in a product or technology, he gives very good advice. Also, I would like to point out that there are sharks who don't really like to be rude. For example, Vineeta's expression clearly shows that she didn't like when Aman said, "aapne bohot logon ko confuse kiya hai" at 6:20

I agree. I have immense respect for Peyush in this case. If you remember, he also funded Jugaadu Kamlesh and he gave this guy a chance after making him see where he stands. He also told him where and how he needs the guidance. No other shark treated him with dignity but Peyush actually understands and relates to the struggles. Ashneer and Aman actually demotivated him over the top and that's not cool.

What's not right is how much bashing & demotivation these sharks throw at them only because 'they think' something about these youngsters in a specific way. Piyush is a nice guy & shows ethics where it is needed. There is a difference between being blunt & being a bully. At times, sharks cross the line.
