I've never seen someone so nervous and out of their element speak without their words trembling and physical shaking. This is the most uncomfortable interview I've seen in many years and he's alone with a female in an empty gym. Maybe take some body language classes, this man is essentially having an anxiety attack the entire interview.

Middleweight division is definitely where Rockhold belongs. He is definitely more prime to make a run there. I'm not surprised that Uriah Hall wouldn't take that fight. If Rockhold is in proper form, Hall couldn't roll with him in my book. I like the Brunson fight and think Rockhold would take him out no problem, but it's not too fair to Jack Hermansson in his ranking position. SO since Uriah Hall isn't game, I'm sure Kelvin Gastelum would be because he's that guy and prepared to take on all opponents. So I lean to Gastelum vs Rockhold to see if Luke make that run and it allows things to shake out near the top of the division and create options for a future contender if he can get things going.
