Nice one Pete. This is another of the vintage Tamiya kits that sellers seem to be asking higher prices for.

Yep. The prices they ask for these old kits, makes me wish I had a time machine. Just one that could go back 50 years would be enough. 🙂 Cheers mate!

I've just built this. Good little kit. Hopefully, I'll get to paint it soon.

Cool looking, gun, this is on ebay, and the one with the crew, and the other mounted on a 8 ton halftrack ,all going for silly prices, you got a really good bargain again Pete.

Yeah, some of the prices that people ask for "vintage" Tamiya kits (and others) is ridiculous. But, I just love my bargains! Cheers mate!

Hi Pete. Thanks for the review.
I've been looking for this. I saw a Fine Molds version advertised which, according to Scalemates, is a 2020 issue borrowed from Tamiya with a Fine Molds figured added.
I'm off to the Model Expo in Melbourne next weekend so I might find this (or other goodies) while I'm there.
    Cheers. Matt

Hi Matt! Yeah, this one's a bit of a rare bird. Haven't seen the Fine Molds one yet, might look into that. Here's hoping you pick up some nice bargains at the Expo! Cheers mate!

@@petesmodelcarcustoms584 Our Winters are mostly mild, here on the east coast, with chilly nights, and 18 -22 during the day (usually), but summer..... you know it's hot when the paint dries as soon as it leaves the airbrush, before, it hits the model! 😂
