your skin DOES know when you’re sleeping. your skin is repairing. your skin is making new collagen when you sleep which helps prevent sagging, etc. sleeping is our most constructive. some parts of your brain work the hardest while you’re asleep. a lot of people, when they wake up say their skin is glowing and that is why. your skin knows you’re sleeping because of your brain. there’s more to it but that should answer your “how does your skin know your sleeping” question. btw we do want to see hauls, just in moderation. basically not in a repetitive way :)

But how does my skin know the difference between wearing my makeup all day, taking a nap, then spazzing out when I’m in REM sleep…!!! Babes u might be on to something
