Thank you very much for your behavioral interview questions video. I have the last interview with a president. I need your great advice to get a job from it. "Why do you want to work for a small company, instead of a big company? You do not have any experience of working at a small company, but big companies."
I would say: "I want to work for a small company because I can make a bigger difference and see the impact of my contribution. I feel I will gain more job satisfaction from working in a smaller business because my skills and qualities will be put to better use and I can support my work colleagues to achieve our combined goals."
Hi. Could you give some tips of what interviewers can ask fresh business management graduates. What sort of job interviews and answers? Good to discover this channel. Nice videos.

thanks, lots of learning from your videos..please put more behavioral interview questions and answers, looking for one regards to how will you manage a team member who doesn't listen to you and work as you ask or delegate, heard from an interview recently
That might be a tricky one to turn around as employers will often want staff to cope well under pressure. The important thing with any weakness question answer is to turn it into a positive e.g. if you don't have much industry experience, you can say that is your weakness, but it is also a strength as you have plenty of hunger and drive to succeed and do well in the industry and that you are a keen learner etc.

Hi there, hope you doing well ,I like your videos I have a masters degree in social work from India.what is the scope for me to get a job in social work in canada .I hope you can answer my question 😊
Lie to the interviewer/s that you have done this and did that. In this example; S: Explained to the interviewers that getting a job in India is a lot more difficult as there is a lot more applicants for a vacancy that you applying for. Therefore you are very underpressure to compete with each other. T: You need this job for all the hard work that you did on that Master degree you have. The money will pay for food...etc but most most important to repay that student loan. A: You think outside the box and explore other opportunities in other countries such as Canada and Europe...etc where competition is less fierce there. R: They will give you the job and pay more as they will pay in Canadian dollars, USD or in Euros > you send some money to help family in India (assuming that you are from India) due to Forex you received more money in Ruppees therefore your family are happy, proud and thankful of you for all the hard work you have done....etc Business benefit: You are super clever, you have master degree. Most applicant who does social working in the West does not have a Master degree (depending on the position you applying for) therefore you have that advantage in most situations. What you learned from this: You preservere, study hard to get the Master degree and did lots disserations...etc You think outside the box by looking for opportunity elsewhere (outside India). If the job does not go to you, you go to the job ( i can do it attitude quality).

Is it okay if I use "having a hard time working under pressure" as my weakness??
