I'm so happy that we finally get to see authentic Muay Thai practitioners make it out of Thailand and are getting more famous.
It's cool to see the difference in level of striking, just waiting on now for the first pioneer to make a full switch to MMA.

@@rasmusrisager403 true! Yh she’s fully a mixed martial artist at this point but it would be great to see a yod Muay of the current generation transition into mma and have a solid base of fundamentals and 5/6 years of training

The first fight I watched of Superlek he was up against a brazilian called Goncalves.
Having previously watched Goncalves fight Rodtang I knew Goncalves would make a tough opponent, how wrong was I lol, Goncalves taunted Superlek in the first round because Superleks elbow did nt knock Goncalves out. Superlek responsed by knocking him out with an elbow 30 seconds later.
That was it, end of match. I'm sure Goncalves will never taunt Superlek again. Superleks on another level
I see what you mean but that wasn’t a taunt. He was demonstrating that he had tripped not been knocked down which would have made it an automatic 10-8 round. In MT judges score not solely based on strokes landed but their apparent effect so if he can show a big elbow didn’t hurt him it won’t score.
Looked like a fun day of learning and sparring.
