BRUNO FAN VILLAIN SONG (FANIMATION) ENCANTO

Hey, so sorry I took a while to post. My job has been so DEMANDING, but I just got knee surgery a few weeks ago and I had nothing BUT time. I was surfing on CZcams one day and checked out this song by CZcamsr: Ashley H. I scrolled through the comments and TheCartoon94 wrote out an AWESOME concept of the song. I asked if I could animate and they said yes! So I did it.

Bruno got such a crappy end of the stick with his powers, family and village. He got the power to give prophecies so great he can warn people of coming misfortunes so they can prevent them or at least prepare for them but collectively the entire village decided to shoot the messenger and blame him for the misfortune he was just trying to warn them of!

This song and video really makes my imagination run. My rough story idea as a villain Bruno act:
Bruno looked 'too far' when seeing his visions in his desperation, sadness and loneliness, he saw no man should see...an evil force, a malevolent, faceless entity he saw in his prophetic visions infused him with dark magical power, because of his deep anger, filling him with hatred for his family and what was done to him. Afterall, if a good magical power answers Abuela's pain and sorrow and blesses her with a miracle, it is not a stretch to think that a more sinister power answers Bruno in his darkest hour when he feels isolated...This is how the evil Bruno comes to be, and he has more magical powers like Rasputin in Anastasia- he becomes corrupted and evil like that. He becomes a legitimate threat and scary villain this way.
He comes out of his hiding place after Mirabel discovers him like in this video, but he has REAL magical powers, dark green energy swirls around him as he controls it, blasts a few walls, and he flies up to the window to get the candle! He holds the candle and with an evil smile, corrupts it, the candles body turns black, and its light becomes dark green. Casita takes on a creepy and dark appearance as walls crack and lights dim, everybody is in panic, and Bruno smashes the family room doors, and absorbs their light, making the family's 'gift's dissapear, and he absorbs them to have all the powers for himself!
At this point he sings his villain song, and showcases his new powers while family members are in panic and trying to stop him in vain. He showcases his new powers like this:Thunderclouds and wild winds begin and harass the family members, Bruno destroys a few walls, rips out foundations with his super strong hands, Casita has more cracks and most walls are destroyed as lightning strikes and poison vines burst through every hole! It is pure chaos!
Bruno picks up the big table and smashes it across when Luisa tries to stop him, thorny, entangling vines ensnare most other family members and abuela...Abuela is in shock and can't believe what has happened to his Brunito, and then Bruno shapeshifts into an evil, twisted, almost zombie looking Pedro to mock Abuela further...saying she did not honour his sacrifice and all she did was in vain! That she did not care about her family at all, just the magical powers!That she was a failure! Abuela sees her errors and cries and is lost in hopelesness and despair.
All this time Mirabel was spared and was watching with horror, and Bruno finally turns to her and calls her to join his side. He wants to watch the family suffer with her as he thinks Mirabel hates her family just as much as he does. Lets destroy the family and home that denied us, together, he cackles with evil glee, his visage monstrous and alien! But Mirabel sings her part in this song, and declares she loves her family...and deep inside Bruno loves them, too! Bruno is enraged and tangling vines attack Mirabel but Mirabel does not flinch or yield. Thorny vines miss her and strike the area near her.
Mirabel says in tears that she knows Tio Bruno can't hurt her, because deep inside he loves Mirabel. And Mirabel loves him too, because he is also family. She slowly approaches him with tears in her eyes. Bruno enrages, sends thunder and lightning but they all miss Mirabel and strike ground near her. Mirabel doesn't even flinch, and continues to walk towards him. Bruno howls, cries, and denies his love to family...he keeps on hurling rocks, thorny vines, thunder, everything in his power but they all miss, he never actually manages to strike Mirabel! His anger and frustration slowly turns into sorrow as Mirabel approaches, and we see a sign of surprise and then acceptance on his face as Mirabel reaches him.
When Mirabel reaches him and she reminds why he had gone into the walls to protect Mirabel...and we see flashbacks of cute baby Mirabel playing with an innocent, happy looking Bruno. At that moment Mirabel hugs him and says we are all family here, we can never hurt each other willingly...and when we hurt each other unwillingly, we can always apologise and forgive each other. That's what being a family means, being together through good or bad. At this point the evil force within Bruno cracks and he sheds a single, pure black tear as the malavolent, creepy dark green glow in his eyes dim...the candle turns white again and burns with bright yellow light once again, but what Bruno did had emptied its already fading powers, it melts quickly and runs out like in the movie in Mirabel's hands. Bruno becomes his old self, an emaciated, pathetic, dirty and worn-down figure, and cries in Mirabel's arms and she hugs him and cries with him.
At this Bruno's powers fade and all family members come together to Bruno, Bruno looks at them with fear, thinking they will punish him. But nobody shows anger or hatred...We all see each family members face that they understand and they feel sad for Bruno. They are all sorry for what they had done before and for what he had gone through. Especially Abuela remembers all the wrongs she had done to Bruno in the past and apologise for each and every one of them.They all apologise to Bruno AND Mirabel and hug each other. Bruno is still weeping but Mirabel cleans his tears away from his face with the help of the end fabric of her long skirt. Bruno looks at each family member as if waking from a dream and as they smile sadly, he finally shows a very small, sad smile, gratitude showing on his worn and dirty face.
At this point the Casita is in shambles, and the townsfolk come to help them as usual in the final of the actual movie. The rest proceeds as usual, with a few more tender scenes with Bruno and other family members.
Ehh it is a rough sketch but I like the concept.
