    They never won any prestigious awards & wore flashy clothes and unnecessary jewelry but produced quality music that did us proud as Zambia .Music that transcends generations and nationality .Extremely proud of you guys.

    I grew up with my grandma, she would get drunk, Friday n sat, play mulemena, of all the songs, we would never get bored with this type. Now I’m married, I can’t stop telling my kids how this music means a lot to me, I cry when I drink, those days, love was real. Saw the cd at OR TAMBO and bought it, Zimbabwe hoyeee

      Joyce Murindagomo I do understand you, my grandmother used to live in Zim in late 50’s, when she came back to Malawi in early 80’s she could narrate the whole experience in Zim while listening to this song
