You can do it. At first it will burn like crazy if you're not used to zumbaa then it doesn't burn eventually. Not a great calorie burner though.

Today is my first time doing this Zumba n couldn't catch up the steps .My son was laughing his heart out saying a baby elephant is dancing. I could hardly move. But I believe I will be able to follow the step in this few days n will really get what I want ie to loss weight. I'm enjoying it.
Was my first time trying this workout too, and also couldn't go as fast as the instructor. Maybe you can try adjusting the speed of the CZcams video (0.75 worked amazing for me)

Are you speaking to me coz I always ignored weight loss because of the pressure in the society and I didn't wanna do it for any one until recently I fell in love with a certain size and beating the odds to get there but it is not easy

Same here! I think it's just the "getting up and moving" that's important...doesn't have to be perfect as long as the heart rate is up and we're not injuring ourselves.

I have been using your videos practically every day for over a month now. Thank you for making videos that make working out so much fun! I have lost a couple kgs and because it's so fun it's so easy to stay motivated to do it every day. Learning some rhythm is a nice bonus too 😂
I really like this class! I feel much more energetic after doing this! I am not dieting or anything and as well not trying actively to loose weight, I am doing this just for fun. Recommend to anyone who just wants to have fun or, of course, wants to loose weight! I believe this will help! It’s really fun ^^

I knew this was going to become real tough later on and it did BUT for a beginner like me, who can barely run for more than 1 minute straight, it was possible. My arms and shoulders gave out almost but i pulled through and enjoyed the cardio. Whole body's burning and am not even out of breath! Hopefully i can advance my cardio level from beginner to medium by doing this for a month or so. GREAT JOB!!!
This is so much fun ! And it’s do able ! I’m so out of shape and I finished this on my first try ! This is a must try for cardio once or twice a week for sure
For someone that was once addicted to the Hit Cardio Workout, I haven't exercised in a long time...so today I started again but with this Zumba session. I don't even know how to ever "Zumba" but hey ya girl finished 20 minutes and it was a killer sweat sesh, I'm grateful. 🙏🏽🙏🏽

My goodness!!! The quickest 20 mins of my life. This is why I love zumba. It's so fun and really gets you moving.
At first, I spent half the time laughing at myself because I was a bit confused with the quick steps and almost tripped over myself, too. 😂 Nevertheless, this zumba session was really fun. I felt a bit lighter now. 😁💃

I just love it! From the very first try! Even though I could literally hear my heart in my ears the first time I tried it, I'm doing better now. These days, it seems to end sooner than 20mins 'cos of how much I'm enjoying it.

Just tried it out and it was awesome! I really appreciated that there was a lot of movement for arms. I also appreciate that it didn't have jumping. Awesome workout and I will definitely keep doing it! Great beginner workout! Thank you.

Amazing; thank you! This is the first time I’ve tried Zumba and I loved it! I’m recovering from birsitis in my shoulders so can’t do as much with my arms right now, but it’s good to be exercising the bottom half again! 🙌🏻🌈🕊🌻
Its my second day doing this, yesterday i could only barely do 15 minutes today i made it all the way through, ofcourse i had to pause inbetween to catch my breath but im sure that in 4 months ill look and feel totally different!! This is my first Zumba ever..Did this at 2:10am and I'm having a lot of fun although I was having a hard time catching my breath without stopping for 20 mins, but I felt great. Thank you so much. Will do my best to do this everyday if possible.
I always watch and sometimes do work out online...i really love this zumba and i set a goal to do this for two weeks... let's wait and see the improvement! Love it😍

I’m surprised I was able to do this for 20 minutes I haven’t exercised in like 10 months but half way through I kept saying when is this gonna end also when the ads pop up use it as a break for water and munch on ur snack for a example I had water and grapes, guys this is great mind you I’m a chubby person doesn’t matter what size you are you got this if it’s too fast just slow it down with the speed option good luck I will try this for a month and see where I get I’m currently 178 and 5’6 I will come back and mark a month later what I lose.

First video I did and I like dancing instead of just "exercising". My mom does Zumba and she says it's lots of fun. It is and a GREAT alternative!🥰I'll see where this goes in a week or a month. I'm 5'2 and pudgy.🤰🏾🤸🏾♀️

Day 3: I still can't match her pace. I have to play the video at 0.75x to be able to follow her. But Im sweating like hell. And this makes me feel energetic and not exhausted. I can study well after this.
Day 6: I am able to match her speed now. No longer watching at 0.75x.
I don't sweat at all usually but after this workout I sweat like hell.
Also I do this at 4.30 am in the morning. After that my morning isn't lazy but I feel energetic.

This work out is amazing! Like most people i put on weight over lockdown and i don't feel comfortable going for runs or jogs because of other people. Was able to bang this out in my living room. With this and dieting i hope to go down 2 sizes by summer :) i'll try to remember to update

Tried out yesterday, it is awesome! not too fast, not too slow, a beginner can do well..always do my medium-paced jog, and tried this to get out of the normal fitness routine, and it is so much fun.
I somehow finished the video despite my total lack of coordination or fitness (I'm sure I looked ridiculous lol) so this really is a great place to start. Usually I pause workout videos ten times to see how much time is left but this was fun enough to push through. I'm dying in a good way. Thank you!
