I want to see all the abilities combined to make an actual gameplay. Each is powerful and OP but how you combine all of them is what makes a champion.
For example, Fox E is very powerful but it requires you to stand still. It's the opposite of Ahri style with R. So, a different version of E that can combine well with dashing, though may seem less powerful individually, but can contribute to her playstyle and make more fun and satisfaction.
Or, how about combining the charm of E with the Firefox W? The fireballs flying around Ahri and charm the champions they hit. They can also destroy projectiles (and kills themselves), so players would have to attack the balls to finally attack Ahri. Or how about a controllable Q and W flying around the ball? Then Ahri can Dash to the position of the ball?
So many possibilities when you start combining things together.

If Riot was more League focused they could make boss fights like this as challenges. People love a good Boss Rush. Increasing with difficulty as you get to each new stage.
Ahri's charm looks like a great way boss move, throw a red indicator to get out the way before it happens and boom. Boss fight.
