HOW TO SEW SHOULDER PADS CORRECTLY

Unfortunately, many factory sewers don't know how to attach shoulder pads correctly, causing problems at outside appearance of a garment.
I had to repair shoulder pads on 38 jackets after arriving from the factory and felt necessary to share this with others.
