What’s incredible to me, is that at one point this season, we were in 17th place and looking over our shoulders, genuinely worried about relegation. Ipswich had a 12 point buffer over the team in 3rd and we thought how could it be so bad. Well look at this now. It’s all falling into place for a fairytale ending!
Let's hope Ur right and we get that 6th place and win the play offs to get to wembley again,going 4ward we look good and with Rowe back soon ready to score past our old enemy would love that again,my prediction starts of the season was top 4 and with Sargent fit scoring every home game we have a great chance of play offs now,got to win a few more away games to make sure we r in the mix at the end,💛💚🏆🏴🇬🇫

Sargent, tzolis now both showing why we spent big . Sara, Nunez , sainz all outstanding. And let's also admit the clever signings of Barnes and Duffy and of course the exell jack Stacey.. so sorry Stuart hindsight is a wonderful thing but when you add all of these to the likes of pukki,Emi etc . Then you are without doubt the best sporting director we are ever likely to have 💪👏👏👏
Will not apologise for my negativity towards the arrogant Webber. He sacked Farke and condescended NCFC supporters. Amazing success before bringing Dean Smith in, but not good after that. He undid all his good work. I thought he’d be sporting director of Real Madrid by now.
@@owendarby2172 he also brought in Farke, yes smith was a wrong choice but I can see why he made it. Thankfully back to a good choice in manager now with Wagner. And Wagner because he can adapt as proven this season to a more boring defensive set up when needed would probably do better in the prem as he proved with Huddersfield

He had passed me by until this season, but I have watched him when Blackburn have been on TV and went to Blackburn the other week and he really stood out to me in how similar his style is to Sargent. So much so I actually did a wiki on him to find out more. So from that I became aware he was from Colchester and I did think well easy Anglian hopefully if we became interested that could have a pull for him . Top player

Lads - 2018/19 season Leeds lost away to Brentford. The ref had a shocker (in our favour) and good old Sergi Canos scored for us! I remember watching that game and feeling so happy because I knew then that Leeds were done!

If Knapper is looking at names beginning with S how about Sammie Szmodics - the Championship’s highest scorer. It’s rumoured that Brentford are looking at Szmodics and Sargent.
If we end up losing Sargent then for me szmodics would be the ideal replacement. Very similar in his work rate and off the shoulder running. And a great finisher. Let's hope we get promoted keep sarge and as you say add SS
@@jasonbutcher3388 Thanks for that comment Jason. I’ve been really surprised that many making comments about Norwich don’t seem aware of Szmodics. He’s an East Anglian lad being born in Colchester. He was a product of the Colchester Utd academy and became a prolific goal scorer for Colchester and also for his later club, Peterborough. Not sure how Norwich missed him but he was snapped up by Blackburn where he continued his
regular goal scoring achievements.
I thought Wagner was going to give Long some game time. There was no point using our best goalie as he was never going to have much to do. Nice he gave Sid and Ken some game time though.

We can't understate the impact Josh Sargent had on this team this year.

I have no doubt he will be highly sought after for in the window and Norwich will need to be promoted to keep him or be forced to sell him for 20-30 million

We all loved Max, but Jack is an upgrade. So progressive. And it’s crunch time now. Maybe we can keep Gabi, Borja, Sarge & Jonny Rowe if we get promoted? Selling them to mid table Prem teams in the Summer would be heartbreaking.
