Use the KSUN X6 software to config the radio. Remove all CTCSS tone. On the other brands of radios, set the sub-channel or "private" channel to OFF. If you are in Europe make sure you are buying PMR446 pair... And FRS for North America.... But if you are using the software, you can configure all frequencies (channels) for either PMR446 or FSR yourself. Here is the software - drive.google.com/file/d/1gfKyVyQDzSgYyXhngsq57oj5jhPpZ6m1/view
@@vibeofadventure so can I get this to work with say a Motorola cp200, reason I ask is I asked for a radio and it’s been a year. If I can get one of these and link them to work it would be nice plus they are small light.
@@Batitoh The CP200 seems to be a deal band VHF, UHF radio, but you can only utilise the UHF band because the KSUN X6 only supports UHF. They should work with each other as both the X6 and the CP200 support UHF: 403-440, 438-470 range. But you have to find out what frequency each of the CP200 channel uses, then tune the X6 accordingly using its software....
