Als ich das letzte mal auf Aliexpress Antennen gekauft hab, sind mir danach diese schnuckeligen "PMR" Funkgeräte vorgestellt worden.

Die habe ich mir gerade gestern bestellt. Alleine weil sie so klein sind und ich vom Garten aus mein Relais anfunken kann.
Du hast das 1. deutsche Video dazu welches ich sehe.

Are you using a standard Baofeng or similar cable? A cable for like an anytone would not work, as they dont have a serial to usb converter in them. Second guess would be if it has the right driver installed. Also check if you really plugged the cable in all the Way. Best of Luck.

Since it has no CE marking I believe that it shouldn't be used in Europe at all.

I am not a lawyer but as licensed HAM youre also allowed to build Radios that dont have a CE marking as awell as use said Radios, so I think legally speaking it should be ok.
