Quick question, I've noticed upon re-speccing this Void Chart tree, it doesn't seem to take effect right away. Is there a description anywhere that says when the new spec will take place?

ah yes, so you need to complete one of the 'cards' on the zone you want to change trees, so like 1-5 maps

One question: You get equipement Lv 100 in every map or only in TimeMark 7?.
I'm Lv 91, i'm getting all points in low Lv maps, they drop me A LOT of purple equipement and with 300% chance, never get one, so i'm thinking is the Lv of the zone, is that correct?

I would bet that the base chance for priceless is extremely low below t7 and is probably lower in t7 as well 300% of .00001% (hypothetical) is still low
