Hm arent the activation skill thingys expensive af or did I miss something? I'm a total noob and so far when I checked the prices in the AH they are much higher then "You can run this build at 30 FE cost". Am I missing something?
U can run the build at 30FE and save up :) We did not have activation skills last season, so don't worry, u just need to press more buttons until u get the activation skills. And not all of them are pricy, just a few.
Dont really know how to get my Star Stalker Stacks up to 3. for me it always stays between 0-1. i do have the precice fersion of the activation skill with the stats that you mentioned
Ye, mine is doing like that atm as well. Higher Cooldown Reduction helps with that. And you get the extra charge from Mass Effect. And the 3rd charge would come from the Warlock Cooldown Reduction nodes, which I am not using anymore.

To solve the mana problem you need the gloves base that regenerates 4% of mana when useing a skill, and with mind control works permanently
