    1. Donald Trump walks into courthouse, stops to talk to press
    2. SOUNDBITE (English) Donald Trump, former U.S. President:
"Thank you very much. They've asked me to speak a little bit about the job numbers. And the job numbers just came out, and they're horrible, and they're very - and I say that not happily, I say that very unhappily. But the numbers are horrible. It's just these people are destroying our country. Here's another sign of it."

    3. SOUNDBITE (English) Donald Trump, former U.S. President:
"So now I have to go through this trial day after day. The trial is, we are winning this trial. If we had a fair trial, if we had a fair judge, I don't think it would have even allowed this trial to take place."

    4. SOUNDBITE (English) Donald Trump, former U.S. President:
"So I just want to tell you that, the case is going fine. We have a corrupt D.A.. We have a corrupt judge who shouldn't be on this case. And it's a disgrace to America. And it's a disgrace to our court system."

    5. SOUNDBITE (English) Donald Trump, former U.S. President:
"No we're going to make America great again. Thank you very much.
(Reporter: Will the gag order stop you from testifying?)
No, it won't stop me from testifying. The gag order is not for testifying. The gag order stops me from talking about people and responding when they say things about me. We have people saying things about me, and I'm not allowed to respond. So this judge has taking away my constitutional right. And as a Republican candidate and somebody that's leading Biden by a lot, I should be able to respond. But this guy's got me with a gag order. Now we're filing, I think today, a constitutional motion to get this out. We'll be filing a lawsuit on the constitutionality of it. But if somebody says something about me and I'm not allowed to respond, that's never happened before. Thank you. Thank you."

    STORYLINE:
Donald Trump returned to Manhattan court on Friday as his hush money trial entered its 11th day, capping a frenzied second week of witness testimony.
Speaking to reporters before heading into the courtroom, Trump clarified comments he made the day before about his gag order, saying it does not stop him from testifying in the case but it does keep him from “talking about people and responding when they say things about me.”
After court adjourned on Thursday, Trump had responded to questions about what he’d thought of the day’s testimony.
“I’m not allowed to testify. I’m under a gag order,” he said, causing some confusion. The gag order bars him from making public statements about witnesses, jurors and some others connected to the case.
On Friday, Trump clarified: "No, it won't stop me from testifying."
He also commented on the latest job numbers showing that U.S. employers scaled back hiring in April and said they’re “horrible.”
"I say that not happily, I say that very unhappily. But the numbers are horrible," Trump said.
Trump also slammed Judge Juan M. Merchan and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg, but insisted that he was doing well, and said “the case is going fine.”
