It’s time to give goat a go and chefs Ibrahim Kasif formerly of Stanbuli and now at Beau; and Masterchef alumni Minoli De Silva of Ella Darwin; are here to show us how it's done with a Turkish Kusbasili Goat Pide and a Sri Lankan Jaggery Goat Curry with Roti.
