Cebu in The Philippines 🇵🇭 is one of the 7640 islands that Philippines is made of and in my short time I couldnt think of going anywhere else for food than Cebu because I dont really like beaches and waterfalls and stuff where most of them go. And also the Lechon Capital of the world where the finest pigs were originated I knew I was in the right island in The PH .

For some people lechon only taste great when it is not chopped. Lechon should be picked with a fork and the best part is on the belly. the meat will then be very thin strips or it can also be carved like they do with Turkey in the US. That is Lechon from a banquet rather than a commercial lechon stand. Who else think like this?
