Bogut the perfect Big man for the Splash bros. He allowed the splash bros to shine, he was a fortress under the ring, best screener in the game (easy shots for splash bros), best big man passer before Jokic came to the NBA. I wished Bogut was still around to give Warriors a little more experience.

@@guiilost9827 It was a mistake releasing Bogut, Barnes and Clark to sign Durant and McGee. It ruined their chemistry. If the Warriors had defeated the Cavs with Bogut and those guys, there would have been harder, but more respectable championship runs, instead of destroying the balance of the league by signing Durant. And Curry would not have lost those two Finals MVP awards. Kevin just took the spotlight from Steph when he arrived there, and Steph, Klay, Draymond and Iguodala easily accepted to lose their spotlight for the longevity of the dynasty. Steph's leadership and skills, along with Klay and Iguodala's offense and Bogut and Green's defense was enough to defeat the Cavs.
@@punchdreadnought8101 durant also made a mistake if he hadn't played in the warriors he could've not been injured and also reunite with harden and Westbrook
Nah, he said yesterday that his body is too broken to continue. I mean, he had so many nasty injuries that it's a miracle he played this long in the first place. As gritty as they come.
His passing and lob game are phenomenal. And he has good anticipatory defense to top it off. Very underrated. Sucks that we cant have this anymore :( I just want this guy to tutor Wiseman and our other centres. Thats it. That all I want. Please make it happen. Please.
One of my favorite players, I was a huge fan of the Bogut /Monta trade. Many dub fans online weren't keen on that trade but eventually they came around.
Bogut was the main reason the Warriors reign began. He had underachievers around him who rose to his greatness in the center and understood his vision was his greatest asset. Steph, Klay, Green, and everyone else started to truly understand the geometry of the passing game. It was Andrew and his ability to pass from the middle to the wings and on top and his encouragment to always find the best shot. it is a shame he isnt on the team any longer.
God he was such a good passer. Most underrated part of his game. Great rebounder, paint protector, screener and lob threat but the passing ability coming off handoffs and low post touches was maybe the most valuable part of his skill set. Love the potential of this Wiseman kid and I think he can do a lot of what I just named but the passing ability from Bogut is something not enough people talk about and something only a few centers in the league have.
00:07 I'm always surprised with Bogut's vertical leap. He never had the appeal of the most athletic player, but he was very bouncy for his size. Along with Iguodala and Livingston, my favorite 2015 Warriors player and an overall great center with excellent feel for the game. So glad he proved his worth and got the title after all those nasty injuries. Croatian genetics and Aussie grit at their finest! Enjoy your well earned retirement, big man! As for the Dubs, can't wait to see the new troops becoming part of the army. This season is gonna be fire!
As an warriors fan who lived in the Bay Area, I would like to say thank you to Andrew Bogut for playing for us. I also want to say thank you to David Lee 😊

I agree, when you can set screens and have a passing vision of a point guard, he was the perfect big man for the splash bros.
