Did you have to talk on the phone with Dun & Breadstreet or Apple to get the DUNS number?
No, It will not require you to talk on the phone to get the DUNS number, kindly refer to the following link to request for it:

I have been trying really hard to enroll but it always says that the entered address is wrong
After submitting the billing form, and money was transferred from my bank account, it shows me a page that says "To continue your enrollment, complete your purchase now" (if I click on the complete your purchase now, it shows me a page and asking for my credit card info again and saying the price of enrollment), but at the page's middle top section, below my apple ID name they say "(Pending)" does that mean I just need to wait for 48hours and after 48 hours if my apple developer account is still not available then I contact apple support?

TY GAA We advise reaching out to Apple support for further assistance with creating your developer account.
Future me: Yes need wait for 48hours or more. For me, I waited for 3 weeks+ until today 5May2021 my apple developer enrollment is approved and I can now start upload app to appstore. Within these 3 weeks, been exchanging mail from apple customer service. You can also use direct phone call to customer service for faster process I think.
Tips: You can view your order details in the apple store. If your enrollment is a success and approved, it will show "Enrolment Complete".

@@kiprasv Yes fixed. Just need to wait for 48hours or more for their approval. For mine, it took around 3 weeks to approve -.- ( in Malaysia).
If after 48hours and it haven't approve yet you can try mailing or calling them to ask for the approval progress.
Sir i create a medical services related app and starts as individual account but now apple says that i have to convert to organisation account, which is very costly in starting. Can i start it by registering as Sole proprietorship. Or as partnership firm. Or does it require only private limited company. Please reply

Is there any way to enrol if you are under 18 without needed to use a parent’s account? I am 14 and want to publish apps, but do not want my name to show up as my parent’s name, an I do not want them to have to log in with their apple ID every times I need to do something with the apple dev program. You need to be in a legal age in order to enter into legally binding agreements. You may reach out to Apple for your options.

Hi. Upon checking Apple Developer's support page, you can switch your membership from an individual to an organization if you are the founder/co-founder of the organization.

Yes, you can enroll to Apple Developer Account using your laptop. But note that you need an Apple ID to do this.

How can I open multiple unlimited developer accounts on one device?
Hello, Apple only allows you to open one developer account, per device session, if you have other developer account, you need to log out on the current one and login again.
However, Apple has an option to have program roles to your App, you can be invited as an App manager, developer, etc. You can check this link for more details. developer.apple.com/support/roles/

Hello BuddyBoss, I want to upload a free app in Apple store. By creating an individual account, can the fee be waived? or do the non profitable company only gets its fee waived? But do we have to pay in the first place and then request the fee to be removed? I am little confused here. Please can you tell me how does it work?
