Make sure to donate to teamseas.org/ if you can!! Don't forget to subscribe, this is my favorite video that I've ever made! Took over 50 hours to make....
Awesome I will donate
I will donate 32 pounds to team seas😃😀😀
@@melanieormond2245 good for you
@@melanieormond2245 bruh
Team seas ended on January 1
Nice! Looks like you implemented some good engineering practices to get this to work, especially since you gave yourself a deadline because projects can get drawn out and become not worth the time invested into it. I subscribed!
Thank you!! Yeah! The 24 hour deadline worked out perfectly, and thanks for subscribing, +1 cent ;)
Astonishing studios I like ur vids :)
Why 5 month but 2 comment?

I just had a discussion with some friends about making a LEGO Discworld Ankh-Morpork complete with a trash-filled River Ankh. We debated which pieces would best represent rubbish and decided that brown 1x1 studs, apples, bananas, and fishes would be the best. But this project convinces me that it doesn't matter which pieces one uses, but the creativity used to put it all together. Great build, even if it didn't work in the exact manner it was supposed to.
4:39 actually made me sub
Thanks so much!
Tip, make a lego piston going up and down filling the width of the “river” with wedge pieces facing towards the machine pushing the water towards the machine but doesn’t push it back so try to make the rise slower if possible
nice machine! you must have donated somewhere near $717.30 lol
i did the calculations, team seas is officially epic
$717 = 717lbs of trash out of the ocean yas
I know I’m late on this, but did you try and make the pieces on the tread that picks up the pieces a bit bigger too, since I think that might’ve helped pickup the pieces from a further distance while having a current too. I don’t know if you’ve tried this but just a suggestion if you see this and still haven’t taken apart the machine please let me know if it worked!
Same
This CZcams channel is underrated! Amazing build!
Thank you so much!! Hope to grow soon hahaha ;)
@@RJMBricks what's with the video? There's these weird rendering bugs, and I have epilepsy, so yeah maybe fix that next time
Its a realy nice idea but i think in a river it would destroy the ground and kill anamils
My idea is implemented at the end of rivers, and only skims the surface of the water. No idea though.
I've seen a very similar machine to remove lint from waste water at a fabric mill.
a belt as you have, made of screen with rails across it, They bubbled CO2 into the water to help cause the lint to float to the top to make it easier to collect.
One of the ways you could make it to the current go to the conveyor belt is that if you use the fan because I saw blowing on it was pretty effective so a fan has a much more power

Billy: What a lego nerd

Billy: Holy Shit
I wish I could just tag Mark Rober and MrBeast on this video, also they need o see this and I know im late-
How can people make this thing in 50 hour? I need to use a week
to finish a big lego setup like this! You have received a new subscriber
24 hours
I have an idea, make a small hole like a sewer to the side in the dirt of the hill, and place some propellers so you drop trash down into a hole and it travels through to make it look really cool.
This was really entertaining to watch, great work!
Just wondering, where did you get the "mark rober" style text you used for the thumbnail?
Thank you! I had help with the thumbnail, that text was one of the things I also could't get, sorry that's so unhelpful.
This video is doing really well already! 334 views and a verified comment in 2 hours. Great video #teamseas!
Thanks!! Yeah! thanks to @BrickScience For sharing it!
great build but do you have a solution to the new small gear falling off at high speeds?
You are super underrated
Hey I see you like playing with lego I can make a operating system to simulate so you can show how it’s going to work :) and you can make a scenery and add water and more :)
This is a super cool Lego trash remover machine thingamamabob, I like the Lego water and trash and stuff
Thank! lol
thinga *mama* bob
This looks cool
This is actually a really good idea
The light gray parts which pick up the trash need to have holes that go vertically through the brick. This would not only decrease the flow but also consume less energy.
LOVE YOUR LEGO VIDEOS, they making my days better!!
RJM: 'pretty shocking, literally'.
ME: 'litter~ally'...
I know this is late, but you can make a current using pneumatic pieces, and make the current in a circle
You could put that build in Lego ideas
Awesome!
Great Job!
Thank you!
A PIECE HAS FALLEN INTO THE RIVER IN LEGO CITY
He is incredibly good at this 👍👌
Nice
Thanks!
Your tub needs be deeper so the bottom on the conveyor belt is well under there for it won't make a wave on the actual surface.
This is dope dude!😀
i do not know how you did not give up would have never been able to do something thing like that so cool but i have some ideas that might work but i do not know so if you tried to put a really small fan at the back that might work or one time i made a really fast lego fan with my motor, if you want to try that it might work.
Would be cool if you made a version mounted to the back of a boat
Such a good video!
Thanks so much!
😜😜😄😃😄😀
@@Brick_Science uhhh lol ;););)?...
fact all lego float if it's balance right and does have the right weight
This is really cool
Thank you so much!
*me remembering that Lego is made out of plastic *
Oh no 🥺
That pun was beautiful
lego should make this
if mrbeast and LEGO did a collab:
this is really good! im subscribing!
mark rober would bee proud
This guy spends so much on the vids pay respect 🙏
i went fishing in a pond which is very far away from our home and we catched lots of pollution/garbage.
we have only bread for the bait but its too soft so it would fell off if 2nd throw
Dude, lego boost has adjustable speed from super fast to super slow. Also, it has sensors so you can detect the trash and start the machine.
ok now make it life size, because you want to "save our oceans"? 🤨🤨
This bro can be science teacher
An amazing build
Lego technic legend
+1 cent 😁
Yay! Thank you!!
i love lego so much
I am not lego expert though but it's so fun watching your videos
Definitely RJMbricks!
Yo that’s Epic!!!
love the build!
Thank you so much!
its a cool concept, but it may drag a bunch of fish in with it.
dude your voice sounds exactly like mine when im talking in the morning
For the current you could just put a 2x4 brick underneath the end of the container. Gravity would push the water to the conveyer belt
Water will stay horizontal
@@equenos yes it will
Now we just need to make one that is 1010101010101010101001010 times bigger then that
That camera glitch when you wrote defeat is performs timed
It’s a nice maschine 👍🏽
#TEAMSEAS🌊🌊🌊🌊🌊
I hope you get a lot of subs
you could’ve just put the drawer slanted so that it would work
Dude owes 15k
1.5k subs in 1 day! I knew you'd blow up
6:47 how about just leaning the build back slightly? Put a brick underneath on the river side?
And how should that work? Water can't be treated like rolling a ball down a slope, you know.
“I used the plastic to destroy the plastic”
i love all your videos and yes btw i am subed
6:11 video just dies for a second
"I used the plastic to destroy the plastic"
Your entire view count on this video, and all the new one after this have way much more views then all of your older videos. You had 2k subs at the beginner of the video, and now you have 68k, nice climb you had.
POV : you're watching a professional lego youtuber but halfway through the video you have no idea what the hell he is talking about
Wow thets sick
Good job
Thank you
You should be hired by lego
Woooow! Looks awesome!
Super awesome.
love the vids
The only fault I see in this design is that...what about the fish? They'd follow the flow of the river and be scooped up!
Mrbeast should use it for team seas
This is so awesome!
Thanks so much!
He sounds like he did homework with his dad
this one could clean more, this could make u a "few" extra dollars
Dude how come youtube isnt paying you? Your the best lol.
So cool!
We’re gonna.need more bricks!
it would also kill all inhabitants of the river
This is creative
This is amazing 🤩
Thanks so much!!
This is a really cool Lego build! I do not want to take away from that, and from the wonderful spirit that engendered all this.
However, I do think it should be pointed out how even if we could create an army of these things at full scale AND had a solution for what to do WITH all the collected plastic, this does nothing to stop plastic that enters the ocean in micro form via the water cycle.
Impressive engineering is absolutely needed to solve this daunting problem, but it cannot solve the problem alone. Not when vehicle tires and machine-washing polyester create micro plastic shards which end up in the water, the soil, and our blood.
We need inventions and engineers, but we also need inventions to be used, like the tires made out of orange peels that Goodyear has been sitting on the patent of for decades.
We no longer have the luxury of focusing on the big and obvious, because we as a culture ignored it for so long that it spawned a horde of mini-bosses, and this is just not a solution where we can simply cut off the head and be done.
Also, while I'm here, if a plastic thing has a little triangle made out of arrows with a number in the middle of it, that doesn't necessarily mean something is recyclable. It just means that it is plastic that HAS BEEN recycled. The more times something is recycled, the more it loses and the harder it is to recycle. As always, check with your local recycling service provider, but I've personally never lived in an area that recycles #5 plastic.
make a turbine which moves the water through it
Coundnt you get the current by adding a plate under one side of the tray?
I sub I love Lego
For the current, you could have used a fan
Lets all tag @Mark Rober
so underrated ;-;
