Max's stock just went up after that 300 card fight and has a lot of options on the table. Tuporia wants that fight now and pushing for it because he knows it will do numbers for him on the PPV buys. Not just that, a win over Max would solidify and catapult his name and status after just winning the belt and jumping the line. This means his stock would go up significantly quicker and he doesn't have to run through death row of fighters in FW division in order to seek value and more money to his name. Max's name would do that for him considering he is holding the BMF belt. If Max is smart he would let Volk run it back with Tuporia first, to see if he is the real deal because this will be Tuporia's first title defense. Winner of that fight should get MAX next with both belts on the line. It would be a great story to see Max come back to reclaim that title vs Volk because he has 3 loss' under him. Or, Max can make a new run at the LW division after knocking out Gaethje which would put him in the mix with the current top 5 guys. Max is in a very good position, and I would say for him to stay at LW because the names on the top 5 rank are all high stock value fighters with big names and big pay as him. He won't go wrong with his payday because he doesn't need to fight for the belt as he is a huge star and would headline any fights with other top 5 fighters of value regardless of PPV buys.
