    The Mark5 HD can actually be purchased for $30 less than I mentioned if purchased with a Caddx Vista (instead of an air unit). Highly recommend.

    Thanks for the great review.
    What size of batteries can it hold with a GoPro without touching? One of the sore spots with my Rekon 5 is that even 1000mAh batteries touch the GoPro.
    Is the foam mount with the strap safe? seams as if it could fall out any second.
    GPS would be a killer for me. Nazgul on the other side doesn't seem to have ELRS.
    So far I'm flying the Rekon 5 HD PNP and I'm not happy with the range and the room.
    Any suggestions for a bind and fly digital cinematic fpv drone for full size GoPro, GPS and great range?

    • @MrAlucardDante
      @MrAlucardDante Před 2 lety +2

      If you want to save a bit of cash, or if you don’t need many uarts, buy an f405. If you need uarts or if you have a ton of cash, buy an f745. Stay away from f411 and f722 because betaflight 4.3 is way bigger and you will barely be able to flash it on the fc because they only have 512kb of flash memory. Reputable brands like iflight, diatone and geprc all make great fcs and escs. For escs, buy a blheli-s and flash bluejay, Chris Rosser made a video showing that BLHeli32 ESC don’t have a clear advantage while being more expensive. The amp rating depends on the build, but for a 5” you need at least a 35A esc. When it comes to motors, iFlight Xing are top of the line while being affordable. Emax eco lineup is great too. When it comes to vtx, if you are on analog, Rush Ultimate is the goto nowadays, although iFlight has some great VTXs.

    • @MattPochwat
      @MattPochwat  Před 2 lety

      Hmm that's a good question. Honestly, they're both so good that it's really hard to find faults with either one. Whether you get the Johnny drone, The Mark5, or the Evoque, you'll be able to capture the exact same shots with all of them. My Lumenier Johnny drone is 4S and my Mark5 is 6S so it's not a completely fair comparison either. Just look at the little details and see which one you like better.

You on 4s or 6s? Vista will be better but want and got air unit. 3:30 is not good though. I'm going to have to put on BF 4.3 and Dynamic idle to see if I can get more time. I was worried about that.
