Hi Billy, great insight! I'm a singer in London - just wondering if you managed to find a local bee pollen seller for your London students? I'm having difficulty finding anything sourced locally. Thanks!
This is very interesting! I'm not a singer but because of allergies and related issues like sinusitis I always thought that singing was not for me, so I play guitar, piano, and make electronic music. I'm living in London and recently I found that fexofenadine works for me (it made me super drowsy on the first week, but now I feel fine) but it does make my throat a little dry. Will definitely check more info on bee pollen, I'm also very skeptical of these things but will look into it.
Good luck with the channel! I found you on reddit "Hey Jude" post!
WasabiNoise I was so skeptical too. I literally said, “that’s hippie non-sense!”
But honestly, I had tried so many different things, including 2X/week allergy shots. Nothing worked better than the bee pollen for me.
I just moved back to Vancouver from London, I was teaching singing at a university there. Holland & Barrett sell bee pollen, it’s pretty inexpensive, and it’s from the UK.
Let me know how it goes :)
Good video, Billy. I live next to the bog -- so, lots of allergens... lots of sneezing.
You’ll love the bee pollen then! It can take a little bit to really take effect. But some students it completely cleared up serious hay fever in as short as a week! Amazing :)
I know. But I usually just eat local honey and when my hay fever hits, it serves as a clear reminder that I haven't had any honey on toast lately. Usually a honey on toast breakfast or snack is enough for my body to keep hay fever to a minimum. Bee products, in general, can "bee" expensive so I try to keep it to a minimum.
