- Dimash Kudaibergen was born in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, on May 24, 1994.
- Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition.
- Sings in genres: pop, rock, classics, crossover (neo-classics), folklore, rap, jazz.
- Singer, composer (wrote music for 10 songs), multi-instrumentalist (dombra, piano, percussion, guitar).
- Has a range of six octaves and one note.
- Notes - A1 (Love Like a Dream), from C2 to D8 (Unforgettable Day) - from baritone to soprano.
- The first performance as a singer is 2010.
- He participated in many competitions both in Kazakhstan and abroad, where he took only the first places.
- Dimash is Kazakh by nationality, speaks and thinks in Kazakh. He speaks Russian fluent language. He is currently studying English and Chinese.
- Sings songs in 10 languages of the world (Kazakh, Chinese, Russian, English, French, Italian, Ukrainian, Turkish, Serbian, Spanish).
- January 21, 2017 - First performance of SOS at the Singer 2017 Sequer competition. The next day - January 22, 2017, Dimash woke up famous in China. As a result of the competition he took the 2nd place.
- By 2017, there were many people in the world who liked Dimash's work. And on January 30, 2017, Dimash first called his fans the word "DEARS". DEARS has fan clubs in 140 countries. DEARS have an age from children to the elderly.
- It so happened that for every solo concert of Dimash in any city and in any country, except local spectators, always come several thousand DEARS from 40-60 different countries of the world.
- July 27, 2017 - Dimash's solo concert in his homeland in Astana. The concert was called BASTAU. Passed with great success (40,000 spectators).
- Autumn 2017 took part in the festival "GAKU" in Almaty. Stunning performance, whistle D8 and great success (150,000 spectators)
- December 16, 2017 - solo concert in Changsha (China). First big success.
- In 2018 - two solo concerts in China, which were held with great success.
- September 9, 2018 - New Wave Festival in Sochi, the first performance in Russia.
- November 19, 2018 - solo concert in London. The concert was sold out and was an absolute success.
- In 2019 - two solo concerts in Moscow on March 22-23, 2019 Concerts were held in the Kremlin with phenomenal success. (6 x 6 thousand spectators)
- June 29, 2019 - solo concert called ARNAU, which was held in Kazakhstan, in the city of Nur Sultan. It was a magnificent world-class concert (45,000 spectators).
- July 14, 2019 - China released the first SD disc - Album of 11 songs called "iD". 37 seconds after its launch, the album went platinum, 1 hour later, the album was certified triple platinum.
- August 24-30, 2019 - New Wave Festival in Sochi, Russia.
- November 29, 2019 - solo concert called ARNAU in St. Petersburg with a sold-out with great success (12,000 spectators)
- December 10, 2019 - solo concert called ARNAU in New York. It was a sold-out and with great success (19 thousand spectators).
- And also in 2019 - a lot of performances on small things in national concerts in different cities and in different countries.
- February 16, 2020 - solo concert called ARNAU in Krasnodar, Russia. It was a huge success (7.5 thousand spectators)
- February 20, 2020 - solo concert called ARNAU in Kazan (Russia). It was a great success (11 thousand spectators)
- February 23, 2020 - solo concert called ARNAU in Yekaterinburg (Russia). (5 thousand spectators)
- March 7, 2020 - solo concert called ARNAU in Riga (Latvia) (10.5 thousand spectators)
- March 8, 2020 - Valentin Yudashkina Fashion Show (Moscow, Kremlin) (6 thousand spectators)

Definitely more Dimash! He is absolutely phenomenal! I've been following his career for 4 yrs, ever since he wow'd China with this performance! His growth is just magical to witness. Nobody on the planet even comes close to his level on the stage today! Please watch more! I recommend his classical ballads because they are favorites and I think they showcase his voice the best! I am a 60 year old country singer that has followed Dimash and listened to him daily for quite a while. I enjoyed your succinct analysis. He touches people with his amazing gift, I believe it could cure disease and hate, as all great music could...but he is very,very special. You are in for a ride. :)

Maestro Michel Berger, for sure, would have been happy if it was such a performer who would have come to him for an audition - all the notes were effortlessly taken, and how much strength and tenderness in this performance, what actor’s presentation of each line exactly according to the content of the song.

The next big development - also vocally - was his performance of "Sinful Passion" at New Wave 2018, which boosted his popularity in Russia and established the congenial collaboration with composer / music businessman Igor Krutoy, who has since written or rearranged several pieces tailored to Dimash's voice. I would like to recomennd that as your next song.

Mister, Dimash is 26 years old, he is from Kazakhstan and has a range of 6 octaves and 5 semitones, and also takes the note D 8. He plays 8 instruments, writes music, after graduating from the University, he was offered a place in the main opera of Kazakhstan, but he refused because he wants to sing songs of different genres. He was engaged in swimming, taekwondo, so in addition to controlling his voice, he has excellent breathing, In one of the songs he pulled a note for about 19 seconds. He recently directed a music video. He is also a performer of his songs.

Greetings to the owner and guests of this channel…! And my heartfelt gratitude to the reactors worldwide and commentators of this channel for your great help and service, so that artists can improve and or develop their talents and gifts at their best in order to serve better the listening public.
I still browse the music videos of Dimash from time to time to see what still store in there. I’m just wondering how much effort and strength Dimash had invested into it and to reach such a powerful voice and the many other talents that he had. Indeed it is really a great work. How he was able to develop such a heights of his talents is really admirable and worth learning. And it is much more beautiful because he sang it by heart, naturally and at his heart’s content with joyful disposition.
The discipline, dedication and high ideals in pursuing his career the best he can is worth imitating not only in our individual professional fields but also in living our day to day life. Hope his viewers worldwide especially the young will learned from his optimistic views in pursuing his professional fields to the optimum level especially his confidence, creativity and perseverance. His labors and hard work are now indeed bearing fruits in abundance. And so my heartfelt congratulations to Dimash and his family and all others who supported him all the way through as a musician. For me as a listener it counts a lot the personal disposition of the artist and the content of its music.
The power and beauty of his voice is so incredible even at his lowest and highest notes. Also the fact that, he is able to sing his music at maximum or more than 6 octaves with ease and comfort in different languages and in various voices is really amazing. But some others also cannot handle and cannot even believe the power, the strength and the heights of his voice…and they said oooh… is Dimash human..? Alien..?
I think It’s just a natural reaction that people wonder and probably surprise by it or cannot even believed it at all, it’s because it is beyond human expectation. But I believed and I’m convinced that Dimash 21 year’s cultivation of his voice and talents is no tricks and no magic at all; though he is gifted by God with grace for music but his years of hard work of practice and experiences proved it to us and to the world … that indeed it is possible.
My other concerns whenever I listen to music is that, I usually ask: WHAT MESSAGE THIS MUSIC BRINGS ..? TO THE WORLD..? TO PEOPLE..?
Although Dimash music are very good, full of content and meaning but I like most this music, because for me it speaks a message of truth, values and realities of human life. I feel that, it is not just enough to give my thumbs up to like this music, but I’m deeply moved to share something more about the richness and deeper meaning of it.
With due respect to the composers, writers and singers of these music for whatever their purpose and intention would be, will always take precedence. The thoughts that I will be sharing below about these music is only the fruits of my personal reflections based on the things that I highly valued and on how I perceived it myself and the message of this song that reaches out to me.
To all the readers my great apology for this lengthy piece. If you think these are all helpful you can share it to others as you please, I do really appreciate it. SONG OF DIMASH IN FRENCH “S.O.S D’UN TERRIEN EN DETRESSE” (Ester Rabi’s Commentary & Reflection on this song (Ref CCC): I like this music because it reminds me the Truth, Realities and Precariousness of Human Life particularly Suffering and Death)
STORY BEHIND THE SONG : The song is from French Rock Opera called Starmania. Originally it was sung by Daniel Balavoine who had a sudden death in a helicopter accident in 1986, who is known of his beautiful voice. Later, it was covered by Gregory Lemarchal, a young French singer who inspired Dimash to sing “SOS d'un terrien en detresse” who at all odds won the 4th series Reality TV Program Star Academy, despite his failing health and became an overnight success in France but had a shorter career, for he died young with his unusual illness of Cystic Fibrosis in 2007 at the age of 23. Recently it was unbelievably covered by Dimash and from time to time Dimash sung it in memory of his great friend Denis Ten an Olympic figure skater from Kazakhstan who was stabbed after a dispute with people who allegedly tried to steal a mirror from his car in his home city of Almaty. He died of massive blood loss from multiple wounds at the age of 25 in 2018. “S.O.S D’UN TERRIEN EN DETRESSE” means in a sad lyrics says … “a soul’s plea for help or an earthly being in distress” because it is a human being who is in anguish searching for the absolute.
Suffering and death is one of the realities of human life. It is important that we should know the basic truth about it, so that it will not cause us fear and distress in our human life’s , but rather to remind us all of our ultimate destiny as people of faith.
For me, there are 3 kinds of suffering we experienced in life: 1st suffering that God allows, 2nd suffering which is the results of our own choices and decisions and 3rd is the suffering which is cause by other people to us. In whatever forms of suffering we are experiencing, know that, if it is discerned well it will gain us eternal merit. Note that, it is not important how much and how long we suffer, or who cause us to suffer, but how is our attitude towards it when it comes into our life…? All of these three can be an opportunity of grace that we will grow in virtue, when we accept it with humility, discernment and faith in God.
Our usual human tendency is, if we can, we try to avoid any kind of pain and suffering in our life. However we can’t deny also that life is mixed up of many learning experiences both in joys and in difficulties and I supposed we need it both, because it contributes and helps us mature and grow in many aspects of life. Suffering and death may seem contrary to our own human thinking or world’s way of thinking but in it, there’s a certain wisdom which is richer and deeper that no one can fully understand. Suffering reminds us the real fact that we are all fragile human beings; that we are limited and we are not God.
Sufferings are human reality and consequences of sin that affects us all. It helps us see the real worth and value of things and meaning in life. Likewise, if we are open to grace it helps us become vulnerable, sensitive and compassionate to others. It sharpens our awareness that this earth is not our permanent and true home. We should remember that we are only strangers and pilgrims on this earth” as Saint Paul reminded us that “our present sufferings are nothing to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed to us later.
Suffering purifies and refines us of any life’s superficiality into an authentic one. Though no one really is actively searching for suffering in his / her life, but honestly truth compels us to admit that sufferings do have a great value in our life and by experiencing it personally in reality, you will never be the same person. The hope of heaven gives us joy even in the sufferings of this life. In God’s plan, human beings were created for holiness and eternal life with him. But through the original sin that enters human lives, our nature has been wounded, and is now subject to suffering and death. This was not part of God’s original plan, but now is already part of our human lives reality.
Death for us is a frightening mystery because we are being stripped off of all our attachments to this world; our body lies corrupt; our immortal soul goes to meet the Lord. We will see the whole truth of our lives, and we will face God’s judgment. Death creates in us a feelings and emotion of fear, separation, sadness and pain. Many times we evade this reality and we try to question and even argue with God why…? But all our efforts failed because whether we like it or not at the end, we all die. Death comes in our life anytime anywhere. No material things, good health, young age can guarantee of its extension. The truth is… in front of death we are all poor and powerless.
If this life were the only one we had, death would definitely be the great tragedy. But In God’s plan, however, death is not the end of everything, but the border that enables every human being to enter the endless place of eternity. For all those who have done their best to respond to God’s grace, to die is to cross from an imperfect type of existence into a new and fuller life lived in God’s presence. Often we feel the greatest misfortunes, when death struck in a person, depriving him or her greatest treasures a person can possess which is life itself. Death is such a peaceful event in our life, if we die in the state of grace, meaning if we died reconciled with God and at peace with others.
Death is the end of our earthly life. Since it is unknown to all of us, the time of our death, therefore, it is best that we should prepare at all times, otherwise we are being caught by surprise of not being ready when God comes to take us to be with Him forever in our eternal home in bliss.

I appreciate this level headed analysis. I seen vocal reactors jumping off walls, hanging upside down. on the other end are the people that maybe smile once but probably because they think they could have done something better and trying so hard to convince themselves they aren't a robot. Just as you mentioned, the contrast between two extremes is important.

He possesses great intelligence and sensitivity beside his obvious humongous talent and skills......in vocals, breath management, performing skills and interaction with audiences. His stage presence is magnificent.....he can take command and control of the stage in front of more than 40,000 people......even at Gakku...150,000 people were transfixed by his performances.

Hi Billy, Awesome reaction, this was episode 1 of the Chinese "Singer" competition 2017, Dimash was the youngest ever competitor at 22yrs old and was invited to the show as the wildcard. In the three years since he has done some phenomenal performances, performed his solo concerts around the world so it is quite easy for you to see how his voice has evolved up till now. This performance was in 2017 when Dimash was 22; he just turned 26 and yes, he has grown. I’m told by some that his range is up to 7 octaves; he won’t say what it is. He has some performances in which he doesn’t sing really high or low, yet still reaches us emotionally. His storytelling skills are wonderful. Stage presence amazing. This performance was over three years ago, and it’s hard to believe, but his voice has matured since he sang the song, and he is even better now. But as Dimash had won several Kazakhstan contests, he was invited to compete as a wild card. As this was his first performance and being an unknown, the audience was advised in advance by the producers to applaud and give him a warm welcome to the stage. By the end of the song, they were applauding and cheering for real. He took first place for that night's competition. The next day, he had 600 million hits on Weibo (China’s Instagram)... and the rest, as they say, is history.
