What are the benefits of blanking of this bypass please,I remember it being done years ago on a family members race mini ,but don’t know the reason why,thank you.
No benefit really, it used to be done to stop the bypass hose from letting you down at the side of the road. Fitting a modern Kevlar version solves all those problems
