This is going to be the first time for me and I have been searching for a recipe that calls for three cream cheese since when I was thinking about making cheesecake I have been using Philadelphia's web site FOR years.... since tomorrow is the 4th of July with my girlfriend celebrating her 50th birthday and that's why I have been adamant about trying out a new recipe. With my ability to predict the future she will be in a good mood today and I will be sure to snap some pictures of her blowing fifty candles and then I gotta get those candles in the trash so I can pour the strawberry topping and by this time all the smoke will have left which is a great time for me to serve everyone and say something to get me a little choked up , growing old and.......I like it!!! Wish me luck to nail everything since I have been planning to be inside the house / kitchen and grill her favorite steak with a wedge salad and coconut shrimp and easy baked potato with a lot of toppings usually lends itself to gather everyone around and after that they just might be seeing my best impersonation from Saturday Night Fever " You should be Dancing" 😘
