    Awesome, have been hearing good things about these controllers. When you do the video on performance, can you explain what all the options are for triggering regen. AFAIK they don’t have an input signal for controlling regen like the throttle so would be good to know what it can do and what options there are for controlling it’s behaviour 👍👍👍

    Hi, i wonder if this is the right place to ask but : I got two fardrivers 96240. I pre-tested them on 12S with a mxus 3k tubro --> works like a charm. I moved to a 24S qs205 ebike, the motor do "try" to turn by 1/8 of a rotation but righ after that i got a "phase current overflow" error on the app when pressing the throttle. When going back to 12S, the error is still here. Have you encountered this issue ? Do you or viewers have any idea of what happened ? Thank you for your time if you take some to anwser me, i love watching this channel :)

    I like almost everything about these controllers but always had an issue with mine when coming off regen/e brake where there’s an intermittent delay before you could apply power again to the motor. Made for a really awful and sometimes dangerous ride. Ended up swapping out for a sabvoton which allows instant regen/e brake function.

    • @KiloVoltBikes
      @KiloVoltBikes  Před 2 lety +1

      @@MrDeceptacon88 We would suggest just limiting charging to 115v either via charger or BMS settings as the fully charged 28s pack would only be 2.6v over max voltage for the controller .
      2.6v is only 0.9v per cell group less then 4.2v , so set each group to only charge to 4.11v which would improve the longevity’s of the cells also .
      Another option I guess is as you mentioned hoping it’s internally rated for 120v which may work but we feel there must be a reason for them stating 115V .
