Everyone has a different way to paint a room these days. Over the years I’ve tried many ways to be efficient and the one thing that worked was elevating my baseboard taping. I use blue frog tape for a bleed proof application. Everything else can be freehand cut and whizz rolled to minimize brush lines and when I do my first roll, I won’t have to cut in the base a second time because I can bring the roller all the way down. I have the skills to use a brush but I don’t always need to prove it because time is money. When you can finish an average room in 2-3 hrs at a rate of $350 per room, use the best method that will work for you in order to get the best results.
