FYI - We had wet market all across America and they closed them in the early 70's. It's national law to ice the fish out in the open. They closed all of our wet market in the early to mid 70's because there was a federal investigation. It turned out people don't wash their hands after going to the bathroom. Foods in the wet market were found to be loaded with it. They all closed almost overnight.
