Trent is bringing along a Baratheon list led by the outflanking Davos Seaworth, and Will has brought along a Golden Company Neutral list led by Ramsay Snow. Enjoy!

Beautiful game, but at 37:20 Cruel Methods wouldn't work on crossbowmen as they are not a Bolton unit, only the Swordsmen are.

Good catch! You’re absolutely right. Thanks for pointing that out. The Crossbowmen shouldn’t have been able to heal those four wounds.

Oh man, one of the reasons I was going to try this list was the prospect of Cruel Methods-ing wounds back on the Elephants.
I suppose that’s also why we don’t see Ramsey Dragon lists lol.

Great batrep, these get better and better each time. I love the idea of this list, but I’m not sure Ramsey is the guy for it. Might try a GCS and Elephant list with Gregor Clegane this weekend, might be good for a laugh. Keep up the great work!

Thanks Brent! Let’s keep the faith, and keep trying to find ways to make GC War Elephants work!

@@imperialminis857 so yesterday I ran this list with Vargo Hoat instead of Ramsey. While I still lost to Daemon Sand Martells, I can say the Goat is a much better fit for a pure GC list. Careless Aggression gets things done.

Vargo is definitely my go-to neutral CDR pick currently. With the new patch, he can Threaten at the start of any turn, rather than when he activates, which is a great change.

Found your opponent really annoying/frustrating. Defeatist, cusses a lot, passive aggressive comments, gets stuff wrong ALL the time... yuk. Least he wasn't toxic.

Yeah the consistently misrepresenting the rules is incredibly annoying. I hate players like this that you constantly need to rules check to make sure you’re playing the same game. I find people will often do this when they feel like they’re not in a dominant position and it completely gets under my nerves.

@@TheBraveExalted to be honest, that didn't bother me. I'm awful with rules but it's because my memory is really bad. As a result however, I nearly always accept my opponent's correction, and apologise. It's also why I rarely go to tournaments.

@@kaibe5241 fair enough! I think having some comprehension of the army you plays rules is necessary for a smooth game, but also a willingness to accept mistakes is fine as well. I think in a casual game that’s no biggie at all, but at a tournament it can come across as a bit manipulative to have the expectation of the opponent to know and be able to call out all rules mistakes. Especially in a game where each army has very individual specific rulings.
For casual games, whatever works! As long as both parties are having a good time

OH yeah, I generally know the rules, I just get confused on things. I get corrected all the time, and just accept it haha@@TheBraveExalted
