  • Rasmus Palludan from danish media outlet Jyllands-Posten interviews Golden Globe- and Bafta-winning actor Bill Nighy who plays in Lone Scherfigs new movie "Their Finest". Bill Nighy became famous for his role as a loudmouthed alcoholic rockstar in "Love Actually", later played octopus-pirate Davy Jones in "Pirates of the Caribbean", the vampire Victor in "Underworld" and a wizard turned politician in "Harry Potter".

it's so sad to see Bill this old. Time passes by, and great actors are taken away from us :((( I wish corrupt Hollywood would gave Bill much more movies, he is marvellous actor and very very underrated. Lot of people who loves Pirates of the Carrebian don't even know who plays Davy Jones, it is just a computer generated thing for them. But Davy wouldn't exist if not for Bill.
    I love Bill. Love him.

possesed7 Hollywood would give him lousy films. The U.K. is his best work.

Got to say he just gets better imho, or maybe stays the same - a brilliant, eloquent, thoughtful, consummate professional

His commentary is spot on. People brought together in a common interest and any day could quite likely be their last.

Mr. Palludan, you are the most handsome interviewer I have ever seen! Wow! I must visit Denmark to gaze at all the attractive Scandinavian men! I adored Bill Nighy in the HBO movie The Girl in the Cafe with Kelly Macdonald. They were fabulous.

So sad to what? So sad that no one had the wherewithal to have stopped the chat long enough to sort the audio. Mr. Nighy's microphone wasn't ON! I'm confounded. Oh dear. They didn't know until it was done.
