TikTok's Best Ever Grown-Up Brownies Recipe!

Ten Episodes in and a viral recipe with millions of views came up out of the newest book on my shelf. Matthew Bounds, known on TikTok and elsewhere as ‪@yourbarefootneighbor‬ , has been inspiring cooks new and old since he first got noticed with his "Chicken Cobbler".
We're making rich and delicious "grown up" brownies -- named so because of the espresso and dark chocolate -- from his recent cookbook "Y'all Come Fix You a Plate".
