Nobody ever talks about if the oncoming car is turning right but was there fist but you are going straight ahead so when you approach you can aee they are waiting with their right indicator on but you arrive AFTER them does the priority become theirs on this occasion instead? Thanks

Can you do a video on flashing or explain what is interpreted by the courts?
8:00 seems to me a good example of flashing to alert they are there (waiting) yet some say flashing is a message to encourage camera driver to ram a cyclist flying down inside of Mercedes which doesn't make sense to me. Or some say the Mercedes driver should use eye contact however camera driver can't see easily into Mercedes here (or worse when darker). Or some say Mercedes waiting is a good enough indication yet I find when do that, then the camera driver takes much longer to turn, losing precious seconds that the road situation could change and a cyclist or pedestrian could actually be more likely to arrive on the scene
Good video but I have a question please answer it. As far as I know there are two types of crossroads the first one is directly facing each other and the other one is slightly to the left or right side of the road. So my question is where to position your vehicle when going straight ahead on both situations to the left or to the right side of the road. If there is a arrow on the road it's easy to follow but what about on an unmarked road.
Hi Zoey
It all depends on how the road is and how much in terms of distance on the left or on the right - slightly left or right it might be possible just to position the vehicle towards that way. BUT on these situation it will all depend how the road is layed out, so my advice it's best you ask your instructor when you come across on one of these crossroads or you draw a picture and ask him/her to explain.
So just to finish - slightly on the left or right but still it's a crossroad then like I said the position of the vehicle and the wheel towards the road you want to enter will be fine. But if it is more than a little slight then you might have to enter into the main road first by signalling then signal for the road you want to enter. And this is why it must be explained clearly, so please do ask your instructor on the matter.

One thing I don’t understand about emerging from a minor road into w major road and I want to turn right, and the car coming from the opposite minor road is turning right.. no one has priority, ok so let’s say the opposite car starts moving, should i Wait bring the give way line and wait for him to turn into his right, or should we both go out at turn using near side/offside? I have the same question re if the opposite car is turning left or going straight ahead, and we are turning right; the opposite car has priority, I understand that, so should I wait behind the line until he completes his manoeuvre, or should I move out into the road and wait in the middle (assuming the main road is clear)?
In simple, if they starts to move FIRST and you are behind the giveaway line - then you STAY behind the line until they go.
This was my question as well but after watching video it's much better to understand to deal in my test today.. thank you for guiding us ...
