Why do we have a BOX in the middle for turning RIGHT and why a slip road for turning LEFT. This video will explain and show you the exact reason why.
When turning right there are some roads has box in the middle for turning and those road are normally fast and busy roads. Box in the middle will help you when turning right to enter and wait for the oncoming traffic and while waiting the traffic behind you can drive on without slowing down and stop.
When turning left there are some roads has slip roads and the reason is same as above. It’s fast and busy roads normally has a slip roads for turning left so that when drivers turning left can use the slip road and the drivers behind can drive on without slowing down and stop.

@13.18, if the road approach is both for going straight and turn right(so not the same as this video), and the turn right box is already full. should I wait outside the box align to right or should I wait behind the traffic crossing and potentially blocking cars that want to go straight? see link below where a bus is taking up all the space in the box.

The picture you gave on the link - the traffic light is a crossing so when green go behind the bus if the space is big enough AFTER THE CROSSING, and if NO SPACE after the crossing then stay behind the stop-line until you can go.

What happens if someone behind you also wants to go right but there isn't enough space in the box?
There are boxes on 30 mph roads as well, if you don't have a box on your side of the road but the oncoming has a box to turn right on their side of the road, can you still turn right or does it mean you cannot?

What about a box without lights and someone trying to emerge from your right to their right? What will be our position in the box?
You mean at a cross roads not controlled by traffic lights. You want to turn right and one or more of the oncoming traffic also wants to turn right. If boxes are marked you need to follow how they have been painted (yours and theirs) . Note if your box is short of their box (for passenger door to passenger door turning) and there is hatching with a broken border you may go slightly across the hatchings to get into your box. With this formation your vision will be reduced by the opposing turner.
If you mean the other driver is actually emerging from the side road into which you are turning you have priority over them as you are on the main road but oncoming traffic has priority over you as you are crossing their lane/s. So you need a safe gap in oncoming traffic as always to complete a right turn off the main road.

Speed will depend on the road, but normally once you enter the slip road reduce speed to around 10-15MPH - but like I said will depend on the road. If too narrow or sharp turn then maybe even slower. And YES signal right for right box turning.

If i understood clearly, so we only enter a slip road when we are turning left? Aside from that we don't? And we keep on the normal left lane?
When you get to the box to go right, What if there's a car in the box already. Is the box big enough to fit two or three cars?
Always check well before you enter the box. If the space isn't enough for you then don't enter the box.

2:53 are you saying the lane lines turn into hazard lines because of the slip road? or just they are longer in general and that is how you should tell the difference? im guessing the 2nd
The markings which divide lanes are of a length which I will call medium. The markings which differentiate between the left lane and the slip road are short and more prolific. However because a side road is considered a hazard they generally lengthen the medium length lines to the longer hazard lines which you have mentioned on approach until after the hazard. On fast roads 50 mph and above quite often a giant forked arrow arrears on the carriageway. The straight arrowhead points down the middle of the straight ahead normal driving lane and the side arrowhead points down the slip road.

I wish I saw this vedio clip ,I would have passed my test ,because of the slip road on the left I failed .I went straight and then turned left and because of that I failed .Very sad ... I don't think its fair ...please advice sir .

You'll wait at the stop line. If the car that's already in box goes while the light is still green you go and wait in the box but if the lights change to red you need to wait until it's green before you can go and wait in the box.
